Our client is a fast-growing and innovative company and is the global leader in providing market intelligence, data, and technology solutions for investment banking and corporate clients.  They are seeking for an Associate Account Manager to carry out the daily delivery of client account services of the Mission-Critical Products and Services for Corporate Client in the Asia Pacific region.  If you process excellent command of English and willing to grow with the company, this is an excellent opportunity for you.

 

Responsibilities: 

• Carry out daily client account services under the direction of the Account Manager to make sure clients are happy and satisfied
• Develop an understanding of the Investor Relations Industry to facilitate the appropriate response to client needs
• Provide product trainings to clients to maintain and increase usage
• Handle issues from clients and work with internal groups to deliver effective solutions
• Prepare customized spreadsheets with quality and other ad hoc reporting


Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in any disciplines
• Around 1 to 3 years of working experiences, preferably in Financial Services Industry but not a must
• Experience in managing or supporting any type of database system would be an advantage
• Must be confident, enthusiastic, energetic, and is seeking for a role to grow into a career
• Independent, result-driven, willing to learn, and able to handle multitasking 
• Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills and is customer-oriented
• Strong proficiency of Microsoft Office, especially in Excel, is mandatory
• Strong in both verbal and written English a must, able to speak Mandarin or other Asian languages is definitely a plus
