Administrative Officer

Our client is a Pre-IPO mobile application testing service provider. Currently, they are looking for an Administrative Officer to support general administrative duties and sales coordination.  


Responsibilities:


• Handle daily administrative support for the office
• Facilitate and resolve administrative, HR and finance issues
• Assist sales team for sales support on customer order, contract and filing
• Collect, analyse, and evaluate the information and prepare management report

 

Requirements:


• Higher Diploma or above 
• Around 2 years’ administrative experience is preferred 
• Sales coordination experience is highly desirable 
• Proficient in MS office applications such as Word, Excel, and Powerpoint
• Good communication skills in both verbal and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua)
