Senior Sales Manager, Global Retail, Commercial Accounts – (based in Hong Kong)

Our Client is a Global IT vendor. They are looking for an experienced Sales Professional to join their Hong Kong Team, focusing on Global Retail and Commercial market.


Responsibilities:


• Conduct consultative selling and provide one-stop IT solutions to retail and commercial sector
• Be the key business driver for the assigned territory and develop go-to-market strategy and achieve business plan by leveraging internal resources
• Develop business from New Clients
• Develop sales strategies and maintain excellent relationships with customers, build strategic accounts relationship
• Manage close business relationship with clients


Requirements:


• Bachelor’s degree with more than 8 years of experience in selling enterprise IT solutions
• Solid experience in handling complex software solutions, preferred selling to major global retail accounts or other commercial accounts
• Build, maintain, and deliver a strong pipeline
• Strong "C" level and working level coverage
• Results oriented, assertive, and professional with excellent negotiation skills
• Good communication skills in both English and Cantonese, Mandarin is a huge plus
