Technical customer service representative – based in Hong Kong

Our Client is an IT Vendor on Cyber Security Solution. Due to expansion, they are seeking for a technical customer service representative to monitor cyber safety for their customers. This position is based in Hong Kong and covers APAC. 


Responsibilities:

• Monitor Internet traffic and report in case of cyber attacks
• Fast response on security breaches and update customers on the progress of contingency plan
• Provide the right information to internal team that can help speedup recovery process
• Support customers via phone or email and ensure customer satisfaction, escalate to next level if required
• Shift duties are required


Requirements:

• F.5 or above with 1 year of IT customer service experience
• Basic technical knowledge on networking or security is preferred
• Good Interpersonal skills and Customer-oriented
• Good communication skills in both English and Cantonese; Mandarin is a plus
